Our customer had exceeded the usable bandwidth of the original radios we deployed over 10 years ago with Dale. The area has grown up also in the last ten years. With a step of faith, we convinced the customer to upgrade the radios using Uniiband’s new radios. It was a significant amount of money.
After upgrading all 6 radios, Dale took our original system backups and a map and preconfigured the radios including even setting up the IP addresses and registrations of the radios to match the original layout. He sent a design map showing where to install each radio. I literally only had to replace the units.
Then as promised he spent the day with me remotely optimizing the antennas and dialing in the radio frequencies to get the highest bandwidth and SNR levels possible. His expertise saved me countless hours of doing that task myself. In the end we have a very happy customer.
Dale at Uniiband fulfills his promises and is REALLY good at what he does. Uniiband delivers a solid product and amazing customer support that is worth the cost difference from some of the cheaper manufacturers. Uniiband does a great job, response from ordering to support is top notch. A you order things from other companies they tell you design and configuring equipment takes 4-6 weeks. I had my radios in hand and pre-configured about a week after speaking with them.
Dale’s support is amazing. Dale helped us every step of the way during implementation, from initial design, pre-configuring of the radios and fine tuning of the radios once they had been installed. Any time I had a question he was there to answer it.
When it comes time to expanding our network, or needing to replace the radios, I only need to know 1 group to call. Thanks guys.

We recently had Uniibanddesign a small system for us which included a receiver and 2 transmitters in order to bring some PoE cameras back online. We were under pressure with a tight timeline and Dale was able to design, configure and ship everything in a week. This truly was a turn-key system. Mount the equipment, align and power it up and that was it. I believe that any product is only as good as the support you get with it and the Uniiband support is second to none! You all are doing it right. Keep up the great work and thanks again.

Dale and Tom at Uniiband went above and beyond on one of our projects to install wirelessly connected cameras for a local small town police department. Their funding is tight. We added some cameras this year and ended up with major issues with Bandwidth. Several attempts to optimize the different radios were unsuccessful. This project has been growing yearly for about 5 years now. Tom and Dale decided to replace all 8 Radio modules including a frequency change. Better than half were past warranty. So this was a financial sacrifice equaling ours with labor time.
It is great to work with a company that values their reputation and commitment to the First responder agencies like we do. The system is now working better then we could have expected it to. Their level of commitment to their customers shows that they have integrity and honesty that is rarely found these days. Can’t say enough good about Uniibandand its employees.

I have been in the survailance business since the late 70s and have experienced many changes in technology, one thing that I have always expected has been technical support to follow the trends which has not been the case in recent years. We use Uniibandwireless products exclusively for all of our wireless CCTV opportunities. The products are easy to install and they perform flawlessly even in conditions where other wireless products fail. The pre and post sales support that we receive from the factory is also first class.
I have been associated with the video surveillance industry since the early 1970’s. During which time I have witnessed substantial changes throughout the industry. Some changes have been for the better and some have not.
When a product is evaluated there are always parameters which contribute most to the determination of whether or not we will carry and represent that product. Price plays an obvious role; however, more important than price is the quality of the product and quality of support behind the product.
